Your dedicated specialist will take part in a one-hour consultation each month that comprises of 15 minutes of preparation time and 45 minutes of hands-on consultancy. With BT Web Expert you'll get the education and practical skills to generate real business leads through effective online marketing.

Fully bespoke service
Web Expert isn't like other training and support packages because we cover topics YOU want to learn. We don't decide what to teach you. You do. We'll work with you and develop an effective SEO strategy, covering the areas where you need the most help each month. You simply choose from a list of topics and we'll do the rest. Each month you'll receive a comprehensive 'how to' guide with in-depth information on SEO techniques and how to implement them. And if you can't make your session, don't worry, our SEO consultant can carry out updates and improvements agreed in advance with you (such as content updates or Google Places set-up).

Control dashboard with reports
A control panel dashboard will be added to your website's admin area, where you'll be able to view monthly activity reporting, a document library, FAQs and Google Analytics.
